Responsible for managing and maintaining computer and server systems, network infrastructures, and software applications both for internal and external environments. Ensures that all systems are well maintained and operate reliably as a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Manage the ANC video board display system located at Bulldog Stadium. Oversee and conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and part replacement orders. Manage projects for board improvements and research purposes. Operate board during events using ANC’s vSOFT software. Lead team of technicians, organize tasks, and schedule repairs. Update inventory list and handle shipping and receiving. Train users in the operation of video board software.

Filming sporting events and editing video and training film; asked to travel to do on location shootings for the aforementioned; troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing video; creating videos for sporting event highlights; video editing in various formats; preparing game footage for coaching purposes.

Work with employees, via phone or in person, to resolve computer issues. Understand business requirements, structure plans, processes, and procedures to address customer requests quickly and effectively. Manage workload for customer expectations and business priorities to achieve customer satisfaction. Escalate problems as necessary and provide follow-up.Maintain effective and positive working relationships with administration, coaches and support staff for coaching purposes.
