• Manage 2 direct reports, and partner with 8 sales teams across 2 DMAs.• Responsible for a $4 million annual digital budget, comprised of over 300 accounts.• Monitor KPIs and monetize online inventory within 4 ad servers and a DSP.• Build relationships with our key product partners.• Work cross-functionally with a business strategy team that includes research, marketing, finance, sales management, and customer care.• Train on all aspects of the digital workflow, such as building an effective campaign, presenting it strategically, closing it successfully, processing it accurately, and optimizing it continually.

• Manage 2 direct reports, and partner with 10 sales teams.• Maintain partnerships with our research vendors.• Create business planning tools, using Excel and Visual Basic, which are now company-wide solutions for analyzing audience data and streamlining processes.• Introduce new ideas and concepts to the market, with a focus on product positioning and storytelling.

• Manage multiple accounts, while ensuring the highest levels of client service.• Negotiate contracts with ad agency media buyers on a CPM and CPP basis.• Finished the year at 262% to budget for multi-screen revenue, through consultative selling.

• Prospect new business opportunities for television and online advertising solutions.• 1st Account Executive to sell a mobile sponsorship on CNYhomepage.mobi.

• Work jointly with the Executive Director in the development, budget planning and overall structure of the digital film program.• Teach students, ages 13 to 19, the fundamentals of video production.

• Control the airing and logging of television commercial spots.• Record syndicated shows via satellites and digital servers.
