With over 20 years of experience providing emergency management, high-level security services, and venue and event management, Chad has created and deployed some of the most advanced event security and safety technology on the market today. Through his work, he has cultivated an expansive network of contacts in the industry that has led to growth of his company, Unified Command. He has a rare combination of both public-and private-sector experience. He has worked for both the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as well as for the largest facility management company in the world, SMG. In 2009, after several years of leading operations for the Oakland Raiders, Chad left SMG to work full-time at 24/7 Software. Under his leadership, 24/7 Software became the leading provider of safety and security technology solutions for venues. With more than 400 major venues as clients, 24/7 software has been used at Super Bowls, World Series and the College Football Playoff. Chad founded Unified Command in 2012, a company dedicated to providing the best command and control centers for one-off events. Unified Command has now grown to provide temporary surveillance systems at more than 160 events annually around the world. Our major events include the Super Bowl, Coachella, Lollapalooza, Dreamforce, JCK, Houston Rodeo and so many others. Under his leadership Unified Command has revolutionized the temporary surveillance industry, providing temporary events with camera coverage at par or better than most major venues. Chad is also an investor and entrepreneur, sitting on the boards of company such as Lennd, Stratoscope, Ingressotek and the Sport Fishing Championship, while investing in and advising several other companies and start-ups.
