Hello to all...I have a few friends on here, that I haven't contacted in yrs...I am sorry for that...hope u have been well....and all is good...U who know me...know what I like to do in my spare time...first and foremost ...I am a family man...After that...it is all things to do with lifting heavy objects...powerlifting, weightlifting, strongman type games...hail to the dinosaurs ...I am in the process of making a come back to the lifting platform...I do miss it...never have stopped training...but things aren't quite the same....since I am older now...life goes on...I am thankful everyday for everything I have ,meaning my family and my health...every training session is special to me now , at the tender age of 60...do not forget my pretty's...training is a privilege ...that will one day be taken from us all...till we meet again...enjoy life...no matter what circumstance u my be in at the moment...looking forward to moving on to new opportunities. I am interested in the security sector...I posses all the attribute's needed to be successful in this field...
