Develop Joint Venture business requirements and leads delivery; Operationalize deal terms and delivers required capabilities for new Joint Ventures.Develop and operationalizes technology roadmap for joint ventures (Requirements, Budget, Delivery); Support development of the JV differentiation value proposition.Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to develop and manage to an optimal constituent experience (Producers, Employers, Members and Providers); Partners with stakeholders on defining the Clinical Transformation strategy.Assist in the development of an integrated Payer/Provider strategy.Develop business case / ROI for new initiatives.;Track progress and communicates project(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties; Provide accurate, timely and insightful analysis in response to ad hoc requests.

Accountable for leading all aspects of the successful implementation, account management, and benefit realization of ACOs. This includes establishing, influencing, and managing internal cross-functional and external client relationships to ensure the effective execution of the ACO design and partnership.
