Chad Stacy is one of the Senior Project Designers in the Atlanta office of Perkins + Will. Beyond the aesthetic language developed from composition, form and material, his passion stems from focusing on developing environments that enhance human fulfillment. Chad concerns himself with more than what buildings look like. The environments in which he conceives with our clients and project teams are designed with the understanding they should augment the human condition in terms of both productivity and emotional well-being. Ultimately, the architecture must purposefully interact with the landscape and context in which it inhabits. If architecture is to have a positive impact and improve the individuals in which they serve, he feels we must be concerned with collectively listening, acutely observing and meaningfully executing. Chad has over 15 years of collective professional experience in architecture, landscape architecture and urban design. He is respected for his innate design and illustration capabilities, while remaining ahead of today’s parametric modeling and design media. Chad has a wide range of project experience that ranges in scale from the design and implementation of high-end single family residences to the conception of 4,200 acre new-town developments.
