• Provide in-depth pre-sales, training, and troubleshooting support, specializing in bioinformatics for our Axiom high-throughput genotyping portfolio, across North America• Manage customer expectations, triage and prioritize requests, and manage my own schedule• Leader of North American extended support team, comprised of other support representatives and built to handle larger support issues and share knowledge• Liaise between customer support needs and in-house bioinformatics team• Proficient with scripting languages (perl, R) and capable of working in a linux/unix environment• FAS of the Year (2012)
