Chad Phillips is a Deloitte Advisory Director in Deloitte & Touche LLP with experience in the areas of information systems, risk management, internal auditing and internal controls. He has served a variety of clients in both a consulting and auditing capacity within many industries but focusing on non-profit healthcare insurance and provider clients. During this time, Chad has managed numerous information system audits including all aspects of security, change management, and operations on a variety of platforms, as well as, lead business process control audits including healthcare claims processing, premium processing, master file maintenance, healthcare provider revenue, expenditures, and payroll among others.
