Human Resources Coordinator
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Compensation teams in order to manager the employee life cycle: offer through departure. - Sole HR presence on site for an office of roughly 150 employees- Provide employee support for questions regarding benefits, leave of absence, career growth, and recruitment needs.- Responsible for new hire orientation in multiple locations (in person and via Skype).- Manual entering of status changes into PeopleSoft (HRIS)- Build and analyze reports that capture company growth, attrition, employee referrals, and any other projects needed by the business leaders.- Responsible for scheduling and conducting exit interviews, tracking current themes, and making suggestions to the HRBP team on my findings. - Enter I-9 information within first three days of a new hire's start with the company.- Actively train new HR colleagues on Conversant's HR policies, practices and tools.- Lead the office Social/Culture Committee. Plan activities for the office and track the budget.
