Designed metadata management approach for existing WebPublisher implementation. Used SchemaLogic to model taxonomies, vocabularies, and content class descriptions. Established integration between WebPublisher and SchemaLogic to facilitate content authoring process, data integrity, and dynamic delivery to portal.Converted legacy report capture system to Documentum Archive Services for Reports (ASR). Developed processes for 22 different reports, including PDF conversion, overlay, and data extraction. Developed several custom plug-ins to help process reports. Devised custom load-balancing system to support high volume and availability.Designed and built custom claims processing application on top of Documentum Content Server. Built AJAX user interface with layered tabs, dynamic calculations, asynchronous file-upload, Excel reports, and integration with legacy portal. Processed over $19 million in claims per week.Architected and developed financial document processing solution built on top of Document Content Server and Webtop/WDK. Designed custom workflow engine and a complex security model. Developed Documentum TBO’s to drive the business-logic of each type of document. Co-lead of 8-person development team. Responsible for delivering status and meeting deadlines. Supported application though rollout.Created custom JSR-168 portlet for Vignette Application Portal. The portlet allowed users to combine several documents from a Vignette V7 content repository into a single, merged PDF or Word document. A multi-step wizard allowed users to select and rearrange content. Architected, developed, deployed and supported the application through launch.Designed and built one of the first integrations between Vignette Application Portal and Vignette V7 content management system. Created custom template and caching systems.

Designed and developed Vignette V7 content management system and custom delivery application. Converted delivery application from PL/SQL to Struts/JSP. Website went from supporting only 3 languages to over 100 locales with workflow driven translation. Wrote custom Servlet/JSP caching system with file-based persistence.

Developed reports for credit risk analysis and other data research. Designed and built interface between custom deal-entry webpage and the Murex financial trading system.Built contract data syndication tool using a custom, Struts-like J2EE framework. Later redesigned and rebuilt this tool from the ground up, optimizing the application framework, and re-factoring the code for commercial use (branded as CDX). Included customizable interfaces for all data access objects, user management, and security.Designed and documented interfaces to exchange customer info, contracts, invoices, and item master data between SAP, Siebel, and Clarify.

Designed, architected and developed integration between five line-of-business applications using TIBCO middleware. Used a combination of database, file, and custom API adapters created with the TIBCO Adapter SDK.Created several employee and client portals using Tibco Portal Builder. Wrote several custom Java servlets to enhance the portals with live information. Created custom servlets for usage tracking, multiple-file upload, NNTP newsgroup integration, OpenText Livelink integration, and SAP BAPI integration.
