Assumed Operations Manager position while maintaining Field Service Engineer responsibilities in 2004. Provide customer service for over 250 customers, both domestically and internationally, in person, at their facilities, and via telephone and email from the road and office. Manage all field service activity to include monthly scheduling for all current and potential customers, maintaining service checklists for multiple brands of gauges, calibration certificates, radiation leak testing forms, parts price lists, options lists, etc.• Schedule and complete annual Nuclear Materials & Gauge Radiation Safety Certification Program. • Reworked how completed radiation leak tests were organized in order to better track them, which led to improved inspections by the Ohio Department of Health, the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.• Created and maintain a stored source chart to track customers who have radiation sources in storage, thereby increasing our future billing but also preventing our customers from falling outside of the government’s guidelines for radiation storage.• Responsible for maintaining nuclear isotope thickness gauges at customer’s sites located throughout North America.• Provide the radiation leak testing on thickness gauges and medical equipment. Primarily on Am241 (100 mCi, 500 mCi, 1 Curie, 3 Curie, and 4 Curie sources), as well as some Pm147, Cs137, and Sr90 sources.• Conduct continuous radiation training, operation training, safety training, and maintenance training on multiple brands of thickness gauges, sometimes in groups of up to 30 people.• Instituted cost saving measures for all field service engineers in order to maximize profitability.

• Work Center Supervisor for five Electronic Warfare combat systems.• Lead Watch Supervisor for 12 people during combat operations.• Trained and supervised 16 sailors in the operation, maintenance, and safety on five combat systems.• Responsible for creating an electronic order of battle for combat operations, and presenting to high level battle group commanders.• Possessed a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, worked with Electronic Intelligence via radar and satellite, and gathered and passed on information on foreign air and sea craft.• Coordinated Emission Control, chaff, and all other aspects used in controlling the electromagnetic spectrum for the entire ship. In addition, as the Supervisor on the control ship, those responsibilities were carried over to the entire battlegroup.• Received the Navy Achievement Medal for being the first aircraft carrier to achieve a Level One on the jamming range. Not only were we the first and only carrier to do so, the level was maintained throughout my four years on board.• Participated in Operation Desert Fox and Operation Noble Anvil as watch supervisor for the control ship.• Worked with Fleet Technical Support Center Atlantic (FTSCLANT) several times while not deployed at their request due to my expertise on the Electronic Warfare Systems.
