Let There Be Hemp Inc. is a multi-category packaged food company, formed with industry leaders to take hemp to a new level. Our mission is to provide consumers across the US market with nutritious “better for you” products using hemp as the foundation.

We are a gluten-free consultancy specializing in product development and process/equipment optimization. In 2017, we partnered with Starch Chemist, Alan Colwell, to introduce a proprietary modified starch blend to North America. Our starches are high functioning and allow bakers to produce Gluten-Free products with the mouthfeel, flavor, and shelf-life characteristics of conventional wheat-based products.

We are a sprouting and malting company handling organic wheat as well as gluten-free ancient grains, nuts, and legumes. Under my job title I provided product development services to those customers interested in using sprouted grains within their products both through direct formulation of goods or consultation and education surrounding the functionality of our ingredients.

I partnered with Udi and Etai Bar-on in an effort to bring better tasting gluten-free foods to the marketplace. We began production in the spring of 2008 and had topped 125 million in sales by 2012 when we sold the company to Boulder Brands. I stayed with Boulder Brands for two years post-sale as their Master Baker.
