With 12+ years of consulting experience, primarily in the Private Equity space, I spent most of my career improving companies' bottom lines via strategic sourcing, logistics & supply chain optimization, eSourcing implementation, and operational process improvement. I've operated as an interim CPO, ran projects with 10+ staff driving $20M+ savings, supported or executed operation due diligences, and more....And then March 2020 happened. Like many of us, I saw the world as I knew it disappear. Consulting changed, travel changed, the world changed. As both a business traveler and a recreational traveler, I saw that where we stayed when we traveled was about to undergo a rapid, and I felt permanent, transformation. Airbnb went public and became a household name. Travelers suddenly eschewed hotels in favor of private entrances, full kitchens, and to their pleasant surprise, much better amenities than hotels have ever offered. No longer beholden to chasing points, travelers saw the massive value in short term rentals, and I saw the value in providing a hotel-quality experience with 100% keyless entry, automated check in codes, effortless check out, high speed WIFI, remote work spaces, and more. I formally launched HostWise and HostWise Stays in the middle of a pandemic, and there has been no looking back. We have expanded from 17 to over 100 properties in less than 3 years, and have no signs of slowing down. We provide a fantastic value at a premium price point, currently operating primarily in the Pittsburgh market but expanding to other areas in 2024. We will begin shifting our focus to property acquisition while our operations team continues to provide top-tier service to our deserving guests. With over 8,000 guests in 2021, 20k+ in 2022, and 30k+ in 2023, we continue to be the top-ranked STR provider in our city, with a 4.94 rating across over 10,000 reviews. As we grow, we are looking for people to join our team, and potentially for investors to acquire properties along with us.
