Individually tutor students based on their need for improvement in subject areas such as IB Economics (HL & Extended Essay), Business Management (HL), Math Analysis and Approach (SL), English Language and Literature (SL), TOEFL and MYP subjects.

Selected from a pool of 800+ applicants into a 50-member cohort to represent the top 5% of Smeal College of Business’ class of 2026 Completed over 12 hours of rigorous coursework to engage in professional, leadership and community development per semester along with Sapphire-specific academic courses

Work in collaboration with the Sapphire Leadership Team to aid Sapphires’ professional and leadership development in the scope of diversity, equity, and inclusion through organizing events with internal and external professionals
