I ensured efficient coordination with the bordering offices on different crises which granted timely response to thousands of civilians searching for their relatives.- Led a capacity and needs assessment and implemented its conclusions that allowed to review the priorities, redistribute resources, and reinforce teams to finally improve the quality of the response.- I proposed a plan of action and led its implementation that allowed responding to the needs of Venezuelan migrants separated from their relatives within the migratory crisis in Colombia in collaboration with humanitarian partners and state entities. - Co-revised the strategy on the Missing Persons file. Coordinated and supervised the implementation of the activities related to the issue of missing people including the tracing, supporting, and reinforcing the capacities of the different entities involved in the Peace Agreement.- Managed teams going from 7 to 40 people countrywide, successfully ensuring training, coaching, and team building.- Efficaciously managed budget going up to 7 CHF million.

- Effectively monitored and Assessed humanitarian consequences in the area of responsibility and coordinated humanitarian response in coordination with UN agencies and other organizations. - Carried out visits to different types of detention facilities and improved conditions of detention for thousands of detainees through dialogue and persuasion. - Co-set up emergency response to refugees needs to re-establish contact with their relatives in their country of origin: Recruited trained and supervised staff and ensured close coordination with UN agencies and other organizations intervening in the response. - Coordinated and supervised the implementation of the tracing program In Ivory Coast and other 4 refugees host countries, in response to an important movement population following an internal conflict. The program reunified more than a thousand minors with their families and permitted thousands of refugees to re-establish and maintain contact with their relatives.- Identified and documented violations of IHL and other applicable frameworks, analyzing protection issues faced by affected communities to develop strategies to reduce the impact of the conflict and violence on the civilian population.
