(a) Mortgage Loan Acquisition and Partnership Eco-system 1) Drive mortgage loan acquisition, garner partnership with industry players (estate agents, property developers) to drive Mortgage/Home Loan business. 2)​Identify business opportunities via deep drive existing portfolio, conduct competitor analysis, formulate marketing campaign execution plan, and manage resources, timelines and deliverables of the business strategies. 3)​Source, identify potential under construction End Financing projects, conduct project assessment, recommend for approval based on key targeted area and customer segmentation.4)​Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, (includes sales, Compliance unit, Group Risk, Credit Policy and Group Legal) to review existing Bank's mortgage EF policy, identify process gap, propose for process improvement, identify and recommend robust credit policy to drive business, increase productivity, optimize lead referral efficiency and effectiveness.5) Conduct periodic review on mortgage end financing portfolio, mortgage partner performance and ensure meet the Bank's compliance criteria.6)​Provide product proposition and pitch full range of financial products and services for cross selling. (B) Project Management1)​Lead the partnership ecosystem lead referral microsite project, develop lead referral digital platform which enable integration with various internal and external platform to achieve high lead conversion rate. 2)​Lead CRM & sales lead management system project, includes involvement of budget allocation, vendor selection, solution design, conceptualize system road map, project implementation cum planning, cross platform integration aspect discussion, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), project roll out planning, and go live readiness.3) Hold business administration role, manage system configuration, monitoring system performance, raise change request, identify system defects and provide workaround solution.

1.Solicite business opportunity by empanel developer project.2.Develop and maintain a good relationship and work closely with developer.3. Recommend end-finance project approval, interest rate package and special marketing scheme.4. Monitor and track sales performance/ business contribution by developer and project basis.5. Provide training and guidence to Branch/Sales team on project empanelment process and guideline.6. Recruit and train relationship manager and assign developer by region basis to each relationship manager.7. Responsible for develops & roll out project master schedule, follows up all activities to meet target date, and budget.8. As coordinator between developer, branches/sales team and loan centre to ensure loan disbursement on time.9. Conduct market research/ market study/gather market intelligence and prepare proposal to cater for developer's need and align with management direction.10. Monitor EF limit utilization and meet turnaround time of EF project approval.
