Preside over all meetings and programs of the student society, have the casting vote during meetings where a deadlock is present, oversee the day-to-day running of the society. communicate with the Youth Leader(s) appointed and the Senior Pastor of any issues that students are facing and how to resolve them, attend all meetings called by the University’s SRC Societies Sub-Council.

Gathering data of how many people are attending and from where so transport can pick them up, setting up the transport routes efficiently to avoid traffic delays and save time and costs, booking transport for Sunday services and liaising with various service providers, organizing transport for midweek and other special services, acting as the mediator between the service provider and the church.

Being the mediator and point of contact between students and the lecturer(s), addressing students' issues to ensure that their grievances are properly addressed and escalated if needs be. and ensuring that students are okay with the module and reporting in occasional meetings with University/Department staff.

Scheduling the program to be used for the service including tasks such as cueing the song lists, the lyrics of the songs, and the verses for the entire service as well as assisting with the setting up of the software programs which were used.
