Savitreechya Lekee (Daughters of Savitree Bai Phule) aims to bring women into all domains of politics in order to end the gender disparity and reach 50-50 parity.

• Within the Ladki Hoon, Lad Sakti Hoon campaign core team, helped strategize the campaign team on various issues vis. a vis. a) how to increase social media reach of the campaign, b) how to get more women to vote etc.• Led the Campaign Ambassador Program: onboarded 100+ women digital ambassadors of the LHLSH campaign imbibing a long term vision of achieving gender parity in political process. Managed communication with campaign ambassadors, planned and executed ambassador engagement plan• Built a 'Humans of Ladki Hoon Lad Sakti Hoon' platform: managed and guided an all-female digital ambassadors team to relay their voices, ideas, creatives, while promoting LHLSH campaign among common masses

Project YUVAA - Pathfinder International. Provide program management oversight and guidance to the district team under YUVAA and ensure effective and quality implementation of the project activities.• Handhold and assist the YUVAA district team by working in close coordination with partner organizations’ district team to provide insight/ mentoring/ support/technical inputs and build the district teams capacity for effective and improved decision making and project implementation at district level.• Liaison with the government departments at district level to keep the government stakeholders abreast of the project progress.• Document case studies at par with the indicators, best practices.• Coordinate, supervise and monitor communication activities in consultation with YUVAA communications team• Coordinate with state, district and village level teams for smooth functioning of the project on ground.• Project documentation, progress reports etc.
