I had the opportunity to work as a service designer at the Service Futures Lab. We developed a training program for UAL IT services that focused on user-centered ways of working. The goal was to support staff in creating a culture shift towards a student-first and frontline academic staff focus, as well as to understand the impact of these changes. We also assisted participants in applying service design methodology and thinking during the training and in their work.I collaborated closely with my tutors, Dr. Silvia Grimaldi and Dr. Maria Lujan Escalante, as well as my team members Yashwanthi B S (project manager), Anushka Joshi and Yiner Zhou.

I conducted research and developed an online short course on Service Design. The prototype of the course was tested with team members and later on the course was implemented within the organisation.

• Collaborated with a team of experts and designers from UNICEF to designand create suitable workshop sessions for Thai youth.• Facilitated Design Thinking sessions for more than 200 youths in threedifferent provinces across Thailand to enhance their knowledge on sexuality education and develop youth-oriented prototypes for a comprehensive sexuality education.
