Incharge of Corporate & MICE Segment

- Business Development and Event Management for properties managed and owed by BIM GROUP.- Build up selling prices strategy by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand- Supervise, direct and coordinate the activities of personnel, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute all aspects of the business lead.- Revenue analysis and business planning for the property- Support and well-coordinate with operation team.

- Negotiating and managing key accounts to maximize business and meets/exceeds revenue target.- Take responsibility for managing both local and global account business as assigned (Global partners: Mckinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Apple, Microsoft, Delloite, PWC, etc. Local partners: Masan, Vingroup/Vinfast, VPBank, Vialto Partners, etc)- Prospecting new business that fits sales parameters- Well-coordinate with other department to make sure the service contract running smoothly.- In-charge corporate segment: banking, consulting, auditing, consumer goods, heavy industries, manufacturing, ITC, government and embassies, etc.
