I was part of a team that implemented Azure Dev ops to control the testing and deployment of solutions. I was responsible for creating test scripts for multiple customer environments. My responsibilities also included creating bugs when errors were found in the systems, along with creating test case documentation detailing how to replicate the errors.Once testing was complete I created instructional videos for the customers so they have a better understanding of their system and provide training material.Part of my duties included customisation of the Dynamics systems such as making changes to forms and views, executing data uploads, creating new Environments, and checking and reconnecting the Power Automate flows.

I was responsible for making and receiving calls from customers and suppliers, processing orders, and negotiating prices. Handling basic admin tasks like filing, processing deliveries, and arranging postage of orders and packages. I was also responsible for the stock, this involved completing regular orders and performing monthly stock takes.

Ordering stock, cashing up tills, serving Customers, doing the line clean on the weekly basis, inputting daily figures into the database at the end of the night, assisting with other employee training.

Serving Customers, ordering stock and ensuring that all stock is accounted for, cashing tills, and assisting with other employee training. I would also be in charge of evening wedding functions. This would include organising the first dance, organising the wedding cake and make sure that all customers are satisfied.
