I have a experience of managing and delivering quality assurance projects for clients in various modules with various domains like Mortgage, BFS, Media, SAP NetWeaver, Healthcare, Retail, SOX and Datawarehouse. I have over 22 years of IT experience, including 10 years as a QA manager and 7 years as a QA lead.After my Master in Computer Science, I have joined a company named Azilon Software Solutions where I fell in love with the idea of creating flawless products. There, I was part of a small team of six that was responsible for assuring the quality of a wide range of in-house software applications. I took great pride in my work and it was during this time that I developed a passion for QA.I learned the importance of leadership, teamwork and collaboration while working with Cognizant as a QA Manager. During this team I have handled big onsite-offshore teams and delivery of different projects with different client.
