This has ensured the safety of several passengers, as well as providing them with a high quality of service with ScotRail. I take pride in assisting customers on and off the train, whether they have a disability, are struggling with luggage, or require assistance with baggage.I am alert and well-prepared to deal with a variety of issues on a daily basis, such as suspicious baggage, lost property, and customer inquiries of all kinds. Working as part of a team and communicating effectively are critical aspects of my job. I regularly assist the driver as needed and communicate with my coworkers to ensure that the service runs smoothly.
