• Prepare monthly/weekly/daily production plan and issues to respective shops based on the customer schedule.• Prepare material procurement plan and ensure uniformity and on time availability of material.• Day to day coordination with forging unit w.r.t raw material availability.• Daily machine loading planning involving with production team and introducing accountability.• Machine allocation based on manufacturing process, availability, machine capacity and priority.• Prepare monthly sales plan and communicate with cross functional team to support of business goals. • Prepare machining capacity and take necessary actions; in-house/ outsourcing.• Conduct daily production meeting with efficient and simple interaction with all the required functions in the team.• Identify process for outsourcing and coordinates sub-contracted orders through marketing dept.• Performs physical counts of raw material and (WIP) inventory, identifying and solving inventory variances.• Responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, rescheduling, updating and closure of assigned work orders.• Daily review of dispatch to ensure on-time and accurate processes of transactions between operations.• Driving material requirement planning process & follow up with procurement for releasing all the PO on time.

 All product training & assembly process training of metallic catalytic converter technology.  Training of new SPM machine which is used in ’HONDA PRODUCTION LINE’  Preparation of production plan & Monitoring to achieve production as per plan to meet dispatch schedule. Implementation of 5s kaizen JIT TPM. Doing customer PPAP Implementation and Approval like OEM Customer HONDA, HERO MOTORCORP.BAJAJAUTO,SUZUKI,YAMAHA Etc.  Preparation of shop performance reports preparation monitoring & presentation to seniors for MRM Enhancing production process operation, optimizing resources, capacity utilization to escalating productivity as per quality standard. Establishing product & process quality. Use of problem solving tools & techniques like 7 Qc tools, statistical process control (SPC). Programming & preventive maintenance knowledge of SPMs Working as EMS, OHSAS, safety member at plant level. Preparation of Quality checklists ,various Work instructions, SOPs, Production reports.
