 Site management and store management. Dealing with Tata Steel and Dastur engineers. Conduct site inspections as engineering standards & specifications. Preparing measurement as per bill of quantity and billing calculations. Monitoring all quality as per Tata Steel Ltd norms. Develop highly complex engineering studies, calculations, specification, design and documents. Maintenance of construction .substations and all types of cablings, study of Single line diagram, 33/11kv,11/.4kv,lightings all respective construction jobs regarding. Managing a team of 30 manpower and controlling the site jobs in all aspects.  training, leading & monitoring the performance of staff to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group target Capable of transmission, distribution, erection of cable, low tension, high tension and power distribution boards, construction power substations. Technical project leading at various rural electrification projects in diff locations of Odisha site.

 Knowledge of Electrical calculations Reviewing and analysing drawings /BOQs /specifications and coordination with consultants /Contractors Knowledge of ventilation system calculation basis Sizing of electrical equipment’s , cable trays , ducts ,fan sizing ,earthling Coordination with intra and inter departments like structure , architecture , liaison team Should be able to handle multiple projects design coordination , visiting sites for quality audit Reading MEP drawings and analysing MEP tender documents Knowledge of ventilation system and various types of ventilation fans In depth knowledge of low voltage systems like Fire Alarm , FTTH system ,CCTV system and knowledge of latest product /technologies available in market
