As an experienced , I have successfully led and managed multiple large-scale projects related to street lighting systems in various urban areas. I have a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget while ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.My work has primarily focused on planning, organizing, and directing street lighting projects across various government body in India, like Patna nagar nigam, Danapur nagar parishad,Prayagraj Smart City, Prayagraj Nagar Nigam and urban Local Bodies (ULBs). I have led a team of experienced professionals and manpower in the successful completion of multiple projects.Under my leadership, we successfully executed the integrated automatic controlled street lighting system project of value 11cr under Prayagraj Smart city & Prayagraj Nagar Nigam. Additionally, we also completed the Prayagraj Nagar Nigam street light project of value 9cr which included infrastructure development for street lighting, installation of street lights, and O&M. The automated controlled street LED lights at Prayagraj Nagar Nigam resulted in significant energy savings compared to manually controlled street LED lights.I was also involved in the Street Light National Project (SLNP) of value 40.5cr in 17 urban local bodies (ULBs) in the state of Bihar. I managed the installation with maintenance of 1,50,000 number of Street Lights installed under SLNP in 17 Municipality of Bihar state. My expertise in installation of street lights, CCMS, overhead & underground cabling with panel works was crucial to the success of this project.Moreover, I initiated the 1st phase street light national project at all municipalities in Begusarai District, under the Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) projects (SLNP, BEEP, UJALA). I have also worked in the UJALA scheme under seven flagship pro-poor programs that come under the Extended Gram Swaraj Abhiyan.With over 5+ years of experience , I have honed my leadership, project management, and technical skills.
