• Interacting with various stakeholders for finalization of processes including detailing the SOPs• Participate in the technology evaluation and testing for operations• Managing the training on the detailed processes and system to the operations team• Building in controls for operations related activities• Monitoring and tracking the operations activities like productivity, TAT, errors etc• Holding Calibration call with BC’s on periodic basis to resolve pending issues, discussing ways and mechanism for fine-tuning day to day operations• Managing a team of 20+FTE’s and ensuring that Document verification, sanction is carried out within TAT. Also ensuring that Quality check is carried within prescribed time periods.

• Support roll out of new initiatives/ system enhancements in line with new product roll outs/scaling efficiency productivity• Instrumental in ensuring go live of workflow project which resulted in increase of productivity, reduction in data entry errors, brought in maker-checker concept, 24*7 data entry irrespective of system downtime & EOD as it is an offline method of doing data entry• Monitoring Ops Vendors quality, TAT on a periodic basis & ensuring that their workflow system is in tune with enhancements done in Bank CBS• Providing system, process training to all concerned stake-holders & query handling• Preparing process notes, BCP documents & making sure that periodic updation of process notes is carried out• Undertaking data analysis for key metrics & preparing PPT’s for presentation to top management• Holding Calibration call with BC’s on periodic basis to resolve pending issues, discussing ways & mechanism for fine-tuning day to day operations• Managing account opening process across the sites comprising & controlling expenses arising from Ops losses• Capacity planning for account opening based on projected volumes & instrumental in setting up hubs from TAT reduction perspective to end customer.

Business Development & Relationship Management: • Managing a team of 7 Managers, 18 Financial Services Officers spread across 9 districts• Ensuring that disbursement targets are achieved as per the business plan• Maintaining portfolio quality by regular monitoring of stressed accounts• Business development in assigned districts by empanelling new BC’s• Capacity building of BCs & SHGs by conducting trainings• Relationship management with existing BCs & review of BC operations before renewing contractFunds Management:• Liquidity Management• Undertaking refinance calculations & submitting to NABARD• Timely submission of Regulatory returns to RBI, NABARD• Coordinating with technology team for system requirements & performing UAT• Ensuring principal, interest repayments are made to NABARD twice in a year• Facilitating fund transfers to bank accounts for disbursements

• Ensuring timely processing of FOREX deals by coordinating with various teams concerned• Co-Team Leader for a team comprising 20 people• Maintaining net overnight open position (NOOP)• Reconciling spot, swap deals between merchant dealer & interbank dealer• Coordinating with Technology team for system requirements, performing UAT• Involved in designing of various MIS reports & analyzing them thoroughly• Suggesting changes in existing processes so as to reduce TAT, frequency of errors
