● Conducting financial data analysis, which includes Ratio Analysis, Cash Flow and Financial Data Analysis.● Data collection from annual reports, press release, credit rating reports, investors presentations, etc. ● Prepare and maintain proprietary databases to track the sector developments and trends ● Assist with the review of rating files to promote compliance with the rating methodologies, policies and procedures● Ensure team members are compliant when conducting data/information collection through thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies and research tools.● Support and enable colleague induction & performance by ensuring an environment of knowledge-sharing & feedback● Solving doubts and queries related to assigned task and ensuring timely delivery of the project.

● Working in teams to handle different stages of life cycles of financial products● These stages include portfolio reconciliation, pre and post settlement support, document capture, brokerage functions, confirmations of trade, processing the captured deals and contracts, etc.● Perform inter-system reconciliation, track funds and make sure they are applied to appropriate transactions● Liaising with agents/counter parties/clients to solve queries and discrepancies related to the process● Preparing internal and client reports as per process requirements and timely escalating outstanding issues to client● Training and mentoring of new recruits on Reconciliation reports, preparation of reports using MS Excel, auditing, etc.

● Onboarding of new sale staff, including verification of documents, conducting their trainings & performance review ● KYC verification to ensure all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly● Engaging with existing customers to build relationships, and delivering a positive customer experience while they walk-in in the branch in order to upsell and cross sell of financial products

● Job responsibilities include handling walk-in customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities● Finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs and provide clear, accurate and relevant information● Retaining existing customers by making suitable plan for him/her that reduce his/her bill and get more benefit
