Ø  As an associate was responsible for WFA function e.g.: Hiring of Employees, Correcting the Job data of the Employee i.e changing Job code, Department, Busines Unit, Compensation Info, Personal Details. Updating the Local and Global Transfer of the Employee, correcting Termination and manually initiating the Termination. Taking care of Leave Accrual and Leave Donation. Ø  Pulling all the Data Monitor Reports and acting accordingly on all the Employees which gets pulled under Reports.Ø  Assisting and Responding to HR/manager on timely basis on Siebel and on Emails. Ø  Attending various client calls for any updated regarding process changes or projects, weekly/daily activities. Ø  Providing Training and Assisting to New Joiners. Ø  Oracle function testing. Ø  Assisting the team in change or any update in process.
