Junior Engineer
Current· Plan the schedule for Production on daily basis for fabrication & machine shop.· Working as per QAP, Process plan, Approved manufacturing drawings.· Manage the man power with effective communication skills & leadership according to daily production target.· Successfully improvised the product quality and reduced manufacturing cycle.· Coordinate with QC for quality clearance of inward material.· Analysis of rejection, rework and deviation reports etc. in various areas and recommendation for corrective and preventive action.· Manufacturing all types of Jig & Fixtures.· Reduce rejection and rework through continuous up-gradation of quality.· CNC & EDM machines programming & coordinate provided.· Create Purchase requisition, reservation, GRN clear & any other SAP work.· Monitoring critical shortage required by production on daily basis.· To ensure balance flow of material on daily basis to achieve uniform production for fabrication & machine shop.· Setting the priorities as per requirement of order execution department.· Daily communication with test field engineers and follow up with them to get the on-time delivery of product.· Driving continuous improvement agenda and motivating people on shop floor to participate in same.· Planning and executing preventive, predictive, breakdown and running maintenance to upkeep the machine and equipment run time.· Performance monitoring, calibration and analysis of plant machinery and equipment for the set targets.· Establishing safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. · Multiskilling of machine operator for different machines like conventional, CNC machines, VMC machines.· Implementation 5S techniques.· Ability to Grasp and learn new Technology.
