Current* Managed the shift activity like - Manpower, first sample check, checking all types of shift activity, Making DTR(Daily Testing Report), NCR(Non-Conformance Report), Under Quality Status Report, Making Shift Roaster for manpower and Shift Engineer. * I have knowledge about OTDR(Anritsu). * Basic knowledge of Raw material & Optical Testing. * Knowledge of Cable offerings for private customers like (RJIL). * Basic knowledge about Type approval. * Knowledge of SAP, & MS office. * Knowledge of Export cable Documentation & PDI. * Knowledge in making Documentation. * Knowledge of PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection). * Knowledge in problem-solving like root-cause analysis, and CAPA. * Knowledge in new regular sample checking & sending for new Customers. * Basic Knowledge in Type Approval for Private Customers (RJIL). * To give the appropriate training to the employee, which helps high-quality efficiency and achieve quality standards. * Basic Knowledge about Fire Test.
