Moj Explore Redesign ProjectAt Moj, a global short video creation platform boasting 160 million monthly active users, I played a pivotal role in the Moj Explore redesign initiative. Tasked with amplifying content discovery, our team embarked on an exhaustive ideation and iteration process. Ultimately, we engineered versatile widget designs strategically positioned to maximize content exploration without constraints. By crafting reusable widget components across various user journey touchpoints, I collaborated closely with developers, ensuring comprehensive permutations and combinations were seamlessly integrated.Notifications 2.0At ShareChat, where we dispatch over 2.5 billion daily notifications, these alerts serve as vital touchpoints for user engagement and app launches. Commencing with comprehensive user research and competitive analysis, we garnered invaluable insights that steered my design approach effectively. Our research illuminated issues such as excessive notifications, inconsistent landing experiences, and UI challenges specifically with Android 12 and above. Addressing these concerns, I pursued a dual-pronged strategy: revamping the sticky notification design for enhanced user experience and streamlining notification redirects to minimize unwanted notifications and optimize user interactions.Consumer ExperienceAt ShareChat, I played a key role in optimizing the consumer experience across several major areas:Feed, Videos, Trending Tags, and Profiles. For the Feed, I focused on enhancing post consumption and engagement, which led to an increase in the average time users spent on the platform. Given that video content is a significant driver of engagement on the platform, I worked extensively to improve the video consumption experience. I also worked on refining the profile experience, as it is one of the most important aspects for users, ensuring it became more intuitive and user-friendly.

Design SystemAt ShareChat, a multilingual social media platform boasting over 180 million monthly active users, I specialised in the Design System domain. My pivotal role involved conceptualising and implementing new design components, seamlessly integrating them into development cycles. I established and streamlined the design process for ShareChat, fostering collaborative synergy between designers and developers from inception to completion, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams.ShareChat iOSI contributed significantly to ShareChat application project for the iOS ecosystem. So we started learning about Apple's Human Interface Design guidelines, our primary focus centered on delivering a seamless, native user experience, abstain from any intrusive design elements. Post-launch, ShareChat for iOS witnessed exponential growth, particularly in chatroom engagements and live features, underscoring the success of our user-centric design approach.
