Commissioning expertise on installation of 11KV/3.3KV/415 Panels and motors upto 3.15MW in all respect.Planning and Execution on spend base of more than 14cr on yearly basis as R&M and CAPEX cost with focus on reduction in inventory, NMI. Modified ESP to consume maximum linkage coal where as plant is designed for imported Coal.Installation of Auger( SGS make) with system development for proper & automatic Coal sampling process.Prepared system to collect Rain water and utilise it in plant as Rain water harvesting with saving of fresh water per year.( in FY-22-23 saved 15000m3 ).

Stream lined maintenance activities to achieve lowest ever no of tripping in a FY. During this period also involved myself in revamping the Wet Gas Precipitator (WGP) in Debari as it was damaged due to fire. Shared and implemented the idea of running the Roaster with partial trough put with 2 fields ( out of 4 field) in operation as all 4 fields were not available at supplier end. This has generated 25000MT more calcine with 12000MT of finish metal.Commissioned RSEB second line with modifications in CILMS system. Installation of Summation meter in our location was the one of it's first installation in Rajasthan. Installed Railway gate lighting system through CAPEX.Prepared SOP and implemented it for taking shutdown and normalisation of CILMS system to avoid any break down or Unit tripping during the process.
