- Develop and communicate strategic objectives, key findings, economic rationale, and risk mitigation tactics to clients and counsel throughout the engagement
- Lead a team of analysts and senior analysts to effectively summarize and assess thousands of internal marketing presentations, financial and transactional data, technological development presentations, SEC filings.
- Create valuation models that incorporate both qualitative and quantitative evidence to isolate the incremental financial implications of specific litigation claims
- Draft expert reports ranging from 70-200+ pages to clearly articulate and substantiate each element of the valuation conclusion and methodology from a legal precedent, economic viability, and accounting principles.
