Senior studying Marketing at Oklahoma State University with a significant amount of management and full-time work experience. At Oklahoma State in the Spears School of Business, I have had many different classes that have taught me the intricacies of running a business and all that goes in to making a business run successfully. Throughout my three and a half years at Oklahoma State, I have also been managing a local Dutch Bros coffee location. Throughout this experience, I have had the opportunity to be a part of employee onboarding and training, scheduling, payroll, and coaching and discipline, while also gaining experience working in a very fast-paced environment. These two full-time commitments have helped me develop many different skills, such as time management, high-level people and communication skills, and problem solving.
