I worked at Chemung Hills Golf Course and Banquet Center for a little over a year. While I was working there, I had two jobs. I was a grounds crew worker and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The grounds crew position required me to wake up at early hours (5:30am!) and do mostly manual labor. I weed whipped the golf course, mow fairways, edging sand traps, removing branches off the course, etc. The other job I had was a dishwasher. This entailed the obvious, washing dishes. I also, helped the chef prepare meals, cleaned the floors, helped out the waitresses clear off tables and more.
