1. Responsible to collect and receive PO from all Distributor and proceed it base on our term and condition into Sales Order and packing slip2. Calculate and coordinate with accounting for support sales in percentage or free product to make sure we still had profit margin3. Communicate closely with customer oversea for PO that they open ,prepare the goods , make shipment schedule, monitoring their progress ,and coordinate with export team to prepare documentation4. Maintain stock in distributor closely and analyse their sell out compare to sell in so we can made right program in the future.5. Analyze Account receivable performance compare to actual sales , credit limit and bank Guarantee.

1. Preparing all raw and packing materials for local productions and make sure the productions run exactly by keeping contact with production line (third party).2. Checking stock for every warehouses around region Indonesia and make sure we have enough stock to fulfill sales demand. 3. Calculating and deciding quantities for import needs and local productions base on stock, sales actual, projection sales, and time delivery so that the warehouse has enough stock and buffer.4. Making allocations transfer for every warehouses efficiently.5. Helping sales dept. to predict their forecast base on weekly sales record (every warehouses, distributor and retailer) and the selling capacity of the distributor and retailer.
