Performing end to end recruitment (Client interaction, Requirement gathering, Screening, Scheduling, Background verification and On-boarding) Consult with business and functional leaders to define competencies for specific roles Regularly called upon to troubleshoot difficult positions and source, identify, attract, secure and close hard-to-find candidates. SPOC – Served as a Service Point of Contact for Scope International (Bank of America, Standard Chartered Bank), Societe Generale, Capgemini account with respect to requirements gathering, delivery and escalations Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner. Optimum utilization of resources by adhering to metrics like the Pyramids, right prioritization of requirements in consultation with Delivery and Account managers Handling end to end responsibilities for delivery. Ensuring quality and TAT are prompt level / to time. In-house talent acquisition of specialist resources for quality services to the client. Hands on experience in documentation for new joiners Developing, implementing & managing recruitment strategies, processes, procedures, system and programs. Ensuring smooth execution of Post Recruitment activities. Handling critical Roll-off, High escalations and Town Hall Meetings. Responsible for Training and Educating recruiting team to understand the JD, help them to write proper search strings, negotiating skills and questioning skills Track candidates activities (phone calls and emails) in internal applicant tracking system.such as Talentnow ®
