JOB PROFILE:- A person should concerned with production, planning and controlling and aspect of manufacturing, including materials, scheduling machines and people, and coordinating suppliers and customers. To plan coordinate production, Assembly &Dispatch as per Customer plan, provided by marketing department on daily & Monthly basis To make reports: To generate DPR report, Daily profit loss Statements, MIS,Breakdown ,Rejection, reports and analyses these report . To give purchase requirements as per plan for Raw material  To raise alarm of short fall to concern authority &Follow up with purches dept. Responsible to reduce customer complaints & rejection. Responsible to make the production problem analysis and counter measure sheet, mould check sheet martial dry arsis, mould & m/c parameter sheet for customer problem Train the operator about quality of parts, m/c operating, mould change, material & Packing style. Responsibility for Machine & Manpower, production, planning on daily basis and control. Ensuring proper utilization of machine, method, manpower, mould, material (5M). Monitoring productivity target v/s actual analyzing the differential target necessary action and reporting to production manager. Maintaining monthly management information sheet. Responsible to make the production problem analysis and counter measure sheet, mould check sheet material dry arsis, mould & m/c parameter sheet for customer problem Responsibilities for the various kaizen activates in the work area. Train the operator about quality of parts, m/c operating, mould change, material & Packing style. Looking after new mould trail and its modification improvement as per customer’s acceptance standard.
