Activities involve turnkey heavy lift and shift projects, operation rental of heavy-lift cranes and equipment for onshore & offshore projects.*Industries Served: Engineering Construction, Energy Power Plants, Petrochemicals, Offshore & Module Yards, Wind Energy and Civil Infrastructure.*Job Description•Reporting to Group SHEQ Director, managed all SHEQ, aspects of business in various presence (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia).•Managing SHEQ with a wide range of industrial heavy lift works & installation works in oil & gas modules, wind farms and power plant construction projects in Malaysia and abroad.•Managed the overall development, implementation and maintenance of the SHEQ management system and prepared the subsidiaries for the 3rd party certification and surveillance audits.•Plan, coordinate and conduct scheduled SHEQ ISO internal audits, inspections and monthly management review meetings to measure the progress and identify performance gaps for improvement.•Ensure that SHEQ activities and performances comply with local legal and other requirements.•Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.•Maintain and update safety records, reports and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.•Conduct work place inspections, identify hazards, conduct risk assessments and recommend measures to minimize occupational health and safety risks.•Prepare safety toolbox lessons and conduct safety tool box talks distributing information on incident & accident prevention up to date with the relevant legislation.•Advisor for the company on safety committee matters and secretary for the safety and health committee.•Prepare Emergency Response Planning procedures and instructions, conduct training andtest its effectiveness.
