In this Temporary Remote position. I was working from home and my primary responsibility is to call new leads each day. Verify all their information is accurate. Update the database with any corrections for Finance Manager to review and get loan approvals. Acquire pay stubs, bank statements, any form of proof of income. Copy of their drivers license. Work with the leads schedule to make appointments to meet with salesmen at the Dealership to close the sale. Follow up calls/texts to existing leads to see if theirs new information that will assist in making a sale. Such as larger down payment or qualified co-signor.

Prepare all shipping documentation for outgoing shipments (domestic and international), Enter manual releases into SAP and monitor EDI data to schedule production accordingly to ensure product is made on time by analyzing forecasts, Create bar-code labels per customer specifications (Loftware, Inc), Responsible for overseeing all shipping activity including coordinating logistics of truckload, LTL and expedited shipments, Review freight billing for accuracy, Transmit ASN’s and provide Quality Customer relations and maintain Customer scorecards, Supervise our team to ensure optimal productivity and Direct the shipping dock personnel, Assist in facility inventory management and 5S of finished goods inventory, Prepare monthly presentations for corporate driven meetings, Answer FORD Direct Data Link and Chrysler S.M.A.R.T. management programs, Control budget of the shipping department, Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies for a safe work environment. Provide excellent Customer Service by creating prompt & friendly communication. This position requires patience with customers as well as with truck drivers to problem solve any issues that arise and facilitate an effective course of action to resolve. The need to change our current action plan is sometimes necessary to limit future issues. That requires me to document, train the staff, implement and enforce the new protocol.

I teach Water Aerobics to an amazing group of women 3 nights a week and I love every minute of it. This is a low impact form of exercise. Perfect for those who want to tone their body or have a knee, hip or ankle injury or are significantly overweight and can not perform aerobics on land. I encourage anyone to come try my class!

I have taken on a new venture in the Retail industry. Something I have not done before but I am enjoying it so far. I am the Manager of Motor Clothes which means I do all the purchasing, receiving, inventory analysis and customer service for the dealership. I have two employees that I am in charge of so I do all the scheduling as well. Come see me for the latest Harley fashions, collectibles and accessories.

When Johson Controls bought Plastech,the Wauseon Plant I worked for was closed and I was moved to the Bryan, Ohio Location which required me to switch departments. I do BOM/Router maintenance which requires me to perform press audits and adjust BOMs as needed with new material or packaging,etc. I also do Layered Process Audits weekly and I am a certified TS auditor. I am responsible for tool/mold inventory in the plant. I also do volume studies for EOAT(end of arm tools) to determine time savers for our job setters. I maintain our Engineering logs and PM logs daily. I control disposition of tools depending on their condition and volumes by working with OEMs to determine service/production or obsolete status. I have assumed the role of launch manager assisting with the new battery program and I am very proud of our results. I perform all quotes to our corporate office for first time runs. I perform sample runs at the press. I update all paperwork for the floor from the Engineering Dept. I supply training to the job setters on how to use the computer. I am the service coordinator for this plant which means I handle all tool transfers by collecting data as necessary from online resources, taking pictures of the items for documentation such as tool cavitation & secondary assembly equipment, and take measurements of these items. I am also certified with visual workplace to make all the signs for the plant and label all items as needed and make job boards for every press. I also assist with PIMIS updates and Behr tracking systems maintenance. I assist with coordinating operator work instructions with accurate information.

I ran the shipping department and also handled all customer service. I was a lead person in inventory control. I had 3 employees under my authority. I worked my way up the ladder with this company by starting as a temp. doing A/P, A/R and basic clerical duties. Also cross trained to perform payroll when needed and shipping/receiving duties. Then trained for customer service and scheduling. I soon had knowledge of every department including engineering and quality.
