- Over 8 years of IT experience in various stages of Software Development which includes experience as Salesforce CRM , Salesforce Lightning and Administrator.- Experience in implementing technology-enabled business solutions.- Possess knowledge of CRM processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Support, Business processes and recommended solutions to improve their processes using salesforce.com.- Expertise in Service cloud, Sales cloud, CPQ, Partner portal and Customer portal.- Have provided Salesforce solutions to clients ranging from Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Components and Lightning Apps.- Experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce SFA applications based on Apex Language and Force.com Platform.- Experience in SFDC development using Lightning Web Components, Apex classes and Triggers, Visual Force, S-Controls, Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL.- Experience in DevOps technology including CI/CD pipeline and build and deploy tool such as Git.
