Led CAE Dynamics team to deliver virtual verification of Dynamics DVPs and load extraction for all new product development for LCV, Medium & heavy commercial Vehicles, Tippers and Bus Platforms.CAE simulation support for concept to launch for various programs of Ashok Leyland Business units for new product development of Bus, truck, passenger vehicles and defense vehicles.Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including design, chassis, suspension, vehicle testing to integrate vehicle dynamics simulations into the product development process.Interaction with External agencies (MIRA/Magna Styer/AACHEN University) for technology transfer and competency building in vehicle dynamics, durability, tire testing, fatigue and Road load data analysis domain. Led a team of vehicle dynamics engineers in the development and execution of simulation strategies for new vehicle programs for 3 wheeler and small car platform.  4 poster & 3 poster simulation and dynamic load generation using Flexible bodies in ADAMS.  Full vehicle modal transient analysis in NASTARN using dynamic loads from ADAMS.  Fatigue analysis of BIW with Modal Superposition and Linear superposition method in MSC- fatigue and correlation with the physical test.  Suspension Kinematics and Compliance (K & C) analysis in ADAMS/Car.  Full vehicle ride & handling simulation for LCV in ADAMS/Car. Engine mount modal analysis and mount location and stiffness optimisation.
