• Turned around this large, financially troubled, non-recourse, Debt Factoring Company and achieved Y2K compliance.
• Successfully resolved and obtained settlement of the Company’s claims against Oman Telecommunications Co. SAOC (“Omantel”) after presenting, to Ernst & Young, independent examiners appointed by an Inter-Ministerial.
• Secured renewal of billing contract with Ministry of Electricity & Water ($140 Million p.a.).
• Arrested further growth in receivables despite a $21 Million increase in billings (receivables had increased by $72 Million in the previous five years) through improved collection processes across 44 branch offices.
