Through the Kampus Merdeka program - Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat Batch IV until Batch V, I became part of PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk as Editorial Finance and Secretariat News Intern carry out the duties and work that I do, among others:• Undertook recapitulation of incoming news from 135+ correspondents for broadcast on Liputan6 SCTV, Buser SCTV, Fokus Indosiar, Patroli Indosiar, Muslim Update Ajwa TV, and other digital channels• Accomplished to fulfill the administrative and correspondence needs required by the News Division PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk• Created and executed a Request for Payment (RFP) for all expenditure financing needs made at the News Division PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk such as honoraria for sources and work partners, costs for shooting needs, employee hire salaries, and other financing• Accomplished in managing petty cash for all transactions carried out• Performed with the Legal Division in making legal document requests (PPDH) for legal documents of company partners that bind agreements with the company• Created and executed 8+ film program budgets, both the main budget and addendum budgets such as Buser Investigasi SCTV, Point of View SCTV, Informan SCTV, Ceria Mentari TV, Liputan6 Moji, Jejak Sang Presiden, Liputan6 Awards, Kita Indonesia and other programs• Operated a Purchase requisition for the goods required by the News Division PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk• Prepared for the needs of meetings and shooting in the news division both financial needs, administration, and other needs that support the activities of the News Division PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk
