Manage budget of Stanford University’s primary concert production organization through long term financial planning, processing of payments, and allocation of funds to various departments.

- Oversee and coordinate front of house operations and production logistics for performing arts productions at Stanford University’s various venues, including: Frost Amphitheater, Bing Concert Hall, Memorial Auditorium.- Transitioned from usher volunteer to current role in January 2023

- Assisted with various administrative, production, and operations-related tasks at 8,000 capacity outdoor live music and performing arts venue.- Tasks included: front of house management, artist correspondence and services, backstage management, organizing of venue credentials, seating and ticketing coordination.

- Lead dorm-wide presentations, discussions, and events on identity, mentorship, Asian American issues, and history for up to 100 residents and community members of Okada House, Stanford's Asian American ethnic theme house.- Coordinate with local Bay Area Asian American grassroots organizations to plan educational conferences, teach-ins, and field trips to important sites of Asian American history and culture.

- Led and organized Okada House theme presentations and programming exploring Asian American identity, history, and political activism.- Fostered an inclusive environment through individual mentorship and planning of community development events.

- Researched housing instability and racial disparities of gentrification in Oakland, California in partnership with the Changing Cities Research Lab and Stanford's Department of Sociology.- Conducted and coded in-depth interviews with Oakland community members to gauge residential instability, experiences with landlords, feelings toward governmental services and institutions.- Recipient of Stanford Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity (CSRE) Community-Based Research Fellowship.

- Composed news articles, analysis pieces, and press releases for D.C. area nonprofit based on individual research and meetings with local policy officials and community organizers.- Managed and developed media infrastructure, including: website design, newsletters, social media.- Assisted with on the ground mutual aid and COVID relief efforts, including food distribution and community garden initiatives.
