• Established and ran clinic financial system via authoring of protocols and better business practices including budgeting guidelines, transition documents, banking, and inventory management.• Directed crowdfunding campaign efforts and sourced new revenue streams. • Curated a library of professional identity development resources for 790 medical students across the Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho region.• Spearheaded a panel on professionalism in medicine with the focus of introducing medical students to the intersection between professional and personal identity. Designed continuity exercises for existing students.

• Produced, assembled, and delivered free home care kits for patients diagnosed with COVID-19.• Allocated funds to acquire symptom management supplies as well as coordinating crowdsourcing campaigns.
