Current1. Market Analysis & Strategy Formulation. • Analyze the latest trends and changes in demand in the Welding Racks market and develop market entry and sales strategies that are appropriate for the company. • Monitor competitors' movements and adjust sales plans in time to cope with market changes.2. Sales Target & Performance Management. • Set annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them. • Use CRM system to track sales performance, analyze sales data and optimize sales process.3. Customer Relationship Management. • Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers, visit customers regularly to understand their needs and feedback. • Handle customer complaints and problems, provide professional solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Team Management & Training. • Lead and manage the sales team, provide necessary training and guidance to improve the overall sales ability of the team. • Develop team incentives to encourage team members to achieve individual and team goals.5. Product Promotion and Market Development. • Participate in the development of marketing plans for welding rack products, organize and participate in industry exhibitions, conferences and other activities to promote the company's products. • Cooperate with R&D department and feedback product improvement suggestions according to market demand.6. Contract Negotiation and Signing.• Responsible for contract negotiation with customers to ensure that the contract terms are in line with the company's interests.• Manage the contract signing process to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.
