I lead a team of web designers, web developers, UI designers and UX designers to research design principles and design elements that maximize visitors' willingness to take actions on websites. We name our research as Coding Bull Framework.Following our Coding Bull Framework, we can redesign local businesses' websites to increase the number of people contacting them so they can get more leads WITHOUT spending more on ads. In other words, a higher ROI for their marketing budget. Beyond lead generation, I also work with our clients to improve their closing rate, restructure their offerings to increase customer lifetime value, and most importantly improving their retention rate.

Hangr is a two-sided business providing value to shoppers and retailers. For shoppers, Hangr is an app that makes people look good with instant outfit ideas and shopping rewards. For retailers, Hangr is a fashion remarketing technology that makes sure a retailer is in shoppers' mind when they are ready to purchase.Why did I start this?Running out of outfit ideas and coordinating what you have in your closet is a pain. It’s a fashion faux pas to wear the same thing too often but we often don’t want to spend the time coordinating our wardrobes. At the same time, it is very expensive maintaining a large and stylish wardrobe.
