• Process and Audit Drivers Pay • Verify all details on bills and P.O.D’s accordingly to the manifest and maintain all OSD information • Verify all driver paperwork (e.g. deliveries, pick-ups and extra charges) • Collect all C.O.D’s • Enter deliveries, pick-ups, extra charges and hourly drivers into the system accurately to the Speedy Transport pay system• Balance and match weekly payroll summary • Deal with drivers discrepancies and ensure proper measures are followed • Provide various types of support such as responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, data processing.• Extensive contact with Customer verbally and using email to problem solve.• Research and follow up on customer concerns and respond to all inquiries.• Provide customers with detailed information regarding their orders.• Enter and retrieve customer information.• Follow up on Customer orders to ensure on time service and expected delivery dates are met.• Tracing and providing P.O.D.'s for customers.• Work closely with internal team for the timely movement of freight.• Managing OS&D's to ensure freight is not being held.• Answering phone inquiries for Customer Care and pick up requests.
